Recently, Ningning from aespa was seen as a special guest on the show Bam House.
In the show, Ningning discussed how ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) affects her daily life.
Appearing on the BamBam GOT7 show, Ningning talked about various aspects with the host, including how she copes with the neurodivergent condition of ADHD.

Specifically, BamBam started asking, “I heard you’re always lying at home and using your phone.”
As reported by KBI Zoom, Ningning immediately responded, “I suffer from ADHD.”
She then added, “For me, it’s extreme. If I don’t see my phone, I do this and that. I end up being messy alone in my room.”
She continued, “I can’t focus well.” Ningning then gave examples of her daily life, saying, “I like reading books and painting. I like reading books, but I can’t focus well…”
Ningning from aespa also admitted that before revealing her condition, she could perform many tasks well, including talking to others while using her phone.
It is known that ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by various symptoms, starting with issues such as lack of attention, hyperactivity, impulsivity, and excessive emotional dysregulation that can be disruptive.
