Jennie has just achieved a remarkable milestone, further solidifying her status as a powerful global superstar on the digital music platform.
Surpassing 10.4 million monthly listeners on Spotify for the first time in her career, Jennie has surpassed PSY (10.3 million) and now holds the ninth position among solo K-pop artists in history.

Jennie made this historic achievement with her latest song “You And Me,” which was released last Sunday. She’s received praise for accomplishing all of this with just one song released, without any official promotion.
Jennie has now taken the necessary step to join the exclusive club of solo female K-pop artists who have exceeded 10 million monthly listeners.
Previously, this achievement was also reached by other members of her group, Lisa, Jisoo, and Rose.
Although there have been many group members who have launched successful solo profiles on Spotify, none have come close to achieving what BLACKPINK has. BLACKPINK is now the first group in which all its members have surpassed 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Of course, Spotify monthly listeners can fluctuate each month based on listener trends. Some netizens have expressed doubts about the possibility of a 4-member group achieving such a milestone. This has sparked debates.
Each BLACKPINK member has achieved 10 million monthly listeners on Spotify during the peak release periods of their respective songs. For instance, when Jisoo released “Flower,” Lisa with “Lalisa,” and Rose with “On The Ground.” Over time, the number of monthly listeners may naturally go up and down.
Nevertheless, BLACKPINK has once again made history in the world of K-pop.
